How do I update my Information?

You Queue account consists of Account Information & Billing Profile.

Account Information
(Login Credentials: Email & Password information)

Facebook Users: If you used Facebook to create your Queue account will will need to use Facebook to login for all future orders or to access you tickets. Updating your email on Facebook will also update your email with Queue. Facebook authentication users do not have a Queue password, your Facebook user token takes care of all that for you.

Email / Pass Users: You can edit your email or password in the Queue account center at any time. The email used here is where all order confirmations and event updates will be sent.

Billing Profile
(Payment Method & Billing Address)

This is where your payment method and billing address are stored, you can update this information at any time, Queue does not store your credit card on our servers so this information will appear blank, adding a new payment method will overwrite the current information on file with our payment processor
