I can't get my purchase to go though, help!


If you are having issues, please submit a request and our support staff can help troubleshoot the problem with you.

These errors can result from the following issues:

  • Card number entered incorrectly - Please carefully verify the number.
  • Billing information entered incorrectly - Please make sure that you provide the billing address associated with the payment card. So, where the billing statements are mailed to.
  • Event has sold out - Re-load the page to make sure tickets are still available.
  • Cart timer has expired - Just start over to resolve.
  • Card Security Settings prevent purchase - More Information
  • The card you have saved has expired

Please take note of the error message communicated during the process and communicate that message in your support request or phone call.
