The show was cancelled. How do I get my refund?

When a show is confirmed as being cancelled, all Queue purchasers will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.

Once the refunds are processed, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be returned. It usually doesn't take that long, however that is the timeframe that credit card companies and banks communicate to us.

If you did not purchase from Queue, please return to the point of purchase and they will be able to assist you. We are not able to assist with purchases made from other companies.
