Some email clients will flag receipt emails as spam or marketing and they will not deposit them in your inbox.
All receipt emails have the subject line "Queue Ticketing Order Q-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx". We recommend searching your spam or marketing folder with this term to locate your order confirmation email.
Contained in this email is a summary of your purchase along with a link to access your digital tickets and a shortcut to add them to Apple's Passbook.
Note: Tickets are NOT emailed to you! You must access them from your web browser.
All Queue orders are automatically added to the will-call list! If you did not receive your confirmation email, but see that you were charged for the tickets on your statement, it's likely that your purchase went through. Simply show your photo ID at the door and the staff will locate you and check you into the show!
