I can no longer attend this event. Can I have a refund?

All ticket purchases are all sales final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

However, we do understand that life can sometimes throw obstacles in the way of attending an event. For that reason, we can add a secondary will-call name to your order.

To add a secondary will-call name to your order submit a request to our Support Team. Please include the following information:

  1. Venue Name

  2. Event or Artist

  3. Order Number

  4. Full name of the person who will be using your tickets

IMPORTANT: Not all venues allow us to add a secondary will-call names to an order, so please contact us to see if this is possible. You must contact us at least 2 business days in advance of your show to add a secondary will-call name. Our offices are NOT open on the weekends. Once the Secondary will-call name has been added to the order, you will be notified.
